Christopher Wray is the founder and managing director of Communiqué Marketing Solutions LLC. He is a digital communication and visual design specialist with extensive planning, directing and hands-on expertise. Drawing on more than 20 years experience, Wray has provided marketing excellence—from concept to successful implementation—for companies ranging in size from small businesses with less than $1 million in annual revenue to Fortune 500 corporations.

professional experience

Information designer – Christopher has worked with strategic consulting firms serving mid- and top-tier companies, where he translated research results into visual, actionable client scenarios and helped develop comprehensive brand identity systems.

Corporate and marketing communication – Serving the role of marketing director, Christopher has worked closely with executive and sales teams to increase revenue and sales volume through systematic product launches, creative lead generation, and focused media activity.

Web strategy – Christopher has worked with executive teams to translate strategic visions into tactical plans for enterprise intranets, corporate web sites, commerce sites, and channel partner portals. He has led end-user teams to connect departmental communication needs with corporate intranet goals.

Design and photography instructor – Christopher has taught graphic design to undergraduate, graduate and continuing education students as a part-time faculty member of the Department of Visual Communication and Division of Continuing Studies, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago, IL. He is also a part-time photography instructor and enjoys leading nighttime astrophotography workshops in the Southwest.
